Dr. Fowler has taught a wide range of instructional methods courses at UC for the past 27 years. He has developed close working relationships with a large number of school districts. He has held administrative positions as program coordinator, director, and associate division head. He has worked as a consultant to large technical corporations to help them develop their in-house training programs. At UC he has presented several workshops to engineering and arts and sciences faculty members on instructional improvement. Currently he is co-directing the College PT3 grant. Dr. Fowler has chaired numerous master's projects and doctoral research committees. He has won outstanding service and research awards in the College.
