Education Training
The
purpose of these courses/conferences is to provide National Science Foundation
Fellows with an introduction to instructional techniques and secondary
math and science classrooms. Throughout the courses, there was ample time
for discussion and questions about schools and teachers.
Courses
Each Fellow is required to take specific courses that are designed to
help them with their classroom instruction and certain technologies.
Conferences
Fellows are encouraged to attend various conferences throughout
the year. These conferences expose the Fellows to a wide range of material
and techniques that they can encorporate in their teaching. The Fellows
also are encouraged to submit papers for conference presentation.
