Issam A. Minkarah (Professor Emeritus; Ph.D. 1963 Rensselaer Polytechnic Inst.) Dr. Minkarah has over ten years experience in managing construction projects. His research interests include scheduling and planning; productivity; bidding strategies; expert systems; cost escalation; simulation; safety; and construction materials.


O.M.Salem (Professor; University of Alberta, Canada) Dr. Salem's Risk Management and Life Cycle Cost Analysis, Artificial Intelligent and Computer Applications, Construction Simulation, Infrastructure Construction & Management, Waste Management, Trenchless Construction Methods, Equipment Fleet Management.
