Welcome to Civil Engineering Laboratories
The civil engineering laboratories are
located in Baldwin Hall, University of Cincinnati Large-Scale Testing Facility
at Center Hill Research Facility, Engineering Research Center, and Rhodes
Hall. Laboratories are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment for
experimental as well as analytical studies. The laboratories allow
bench-scale to full-scale testing of a variety of systems.
State-of-the-art software is available for simulation, artificial intelligence
applications, and scheduling; advanced linear and non-linear finite element
analysis of structures; computer aided design; and statistical analysis and
visualization of large data. The laboratories are used for research and
teaching.
