Name: Construction Engineering & Management Computer Lab

Construction Engineering & Management Computer Lab

Director: Dr. Sam Salem

The laboratory is located in 729 Engineering Research Center.  It currently has seven PCs, a printer and a scanner with software for simulation, artificial intelligence applications, and scheduling.  The laboratory is equipped to support current construction engineering and management research on trenchless construction methods, infrastructure management and life cycle costing using reliability theory and stochastic approaches, and intelligent decision support systems using genetic algorithms, artificial neural networks, intelligent agents, and simulation.
