Tom is responsible for pre- and post-award administrative activities for
sponsored research conducted by CEE faculty. He assists faculty in the
preparation and submission of research proposals, prepares the
documentation necessary to establish university accounts for research
awards, and reviews requests for personnel actions, reimbursements,
purchasing and travel authorizations, and other expenses drawing on
research funds. He also assists in general departmental business
operations as necessary.
