Effective Leadership in Technical Enterprises (ELITE) is a unique, hands-on development experience designed specifically for two groups of people who share a common challenge.

• Individuals with strong technical backgrounds who are making the difficult transition into management and leadership
• Individuals who are leaders and managers of a technical workforce

The desired outcome of the program is a competent manager with effective leadership and interpersonal skills who has developed specific plans to lead individual and team efforts.
