Electrical Engineering Nanoelectronics Laboratory

Virtual Controls

Founded in 1988, the NanoLab is a member of the Electrical and Computer Engineering and Computer Science Department at the University of Cincinnati. The majority of the NanoLab is located in 910 Rhodes Hall. Within this location a class 1000 clean room is located along with office and computing space. The rest of the NanoLab is located adjacent to 910 Rhodes and consists of a room dedicated to semiconductor characterization techniques and a room for 3 more student offices.

The NanoLab has a variety of computing resources which are well used by the NanoLab students. Having offices, cleanroom and computing resources integrated in one location provides convenience to students. The Nanoelectronics Laboratory personnel consists of graduate students, post-doctoral fellows, and professional staff, with an average group size of 12-15 individuals.
