October 18, 2001 7-9 PM. Jail & Bail at Christy's.  Great Job Kyle, Ted, Maggie and Nisha!!  $480 raised for March of Dimes!

October 31, 2001 5-8PM Trick or Treating for Cans - Delhi.  248 pounds of canned goods, everything from lima beans to cream of celery, collected and delivered to the FreeStore FoodBank! Maggie, Brandy, Nisha, Jeff and John GREAT COSTUMES!

November 10, 2001 8AM-2PM United Way Project: Prepare Affair.  Help elderly and low income families prepare for winter.  Cleaning gutters and raking leaves.   Hooray to Justin, Nate, Jackie, Jeff, Nisha and John.

November 14, 2001 6-9:30 PM. United Way Project: Bingo - Fairfax Rec. Center. Selling instant tickets.  Proceeds benefit Council on Child Abuse.  Please contact me ASAP.

November 17, 2001 ? Into the Streets - Location TBD.  Cleanup local area neighborhood in conjunction with PWC – People Working Cooperatively.  Please contact Nisha Schuler for more information.

November 28, 2001 ~10-? PM. Shine the Shoe - Shoemaker Center.  Working with Theta Tau.  Need 30 volunteers for this event.  Please contact Nisha Schuler to sign-up and get more information. This is a great fund raiser for our group; helps support our social evening!


PHYSICS TUTORING
Tau Beta Pi will significantly involved with tutoring again this quarter.  Tutoring will take place every Monday and Wednesday from 6:00 until 8:00 PM in 800 Swift Hall.  Since 2000, this one credit hour cooperative learning class has been offered to underclassmen engineers and supported by Tau Beta Pi with great success. 
Place: 800 Swift Hall
Times: Mondays and Wednesdays 6:00 to 8:30 PM.
