Monday August 3

Section A: Introduction and Overview

Section B: Discussion of faculty presentations (previously recorded), and sample proposals

10:30 to 12:30 Prior to the meeting industry participants choose their 8 breakout rooms based on videos and documents provided
12 Breakout Rooms of 15 minutes. The industrial participants can pick the PIs with whom they want to chat.
This will repeat 8 times according to your registration choices.

Lunch 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM

Section C: Discussion of university facilties and data analytics center (previously recorded)
1:30 to 3:00 pm
7 Breakout Rooms of 15 minutes. The Industrial participants can pick 6 topics they want to discuss.

Section D: Breakout by Sectors (20 minutes) then random breakout to meet other potential center members.
3:15 to 4:30
Breakout Rooms by first by sectors then random and have breakout discussions with relevant faculty where industry presents their problems/interests/needs. 20 minutes then switch groups and repeat for total of one hour. This is to meet the other industrial participants in the meeting.

Monday Evening August 3

Section E: Discussion of Posters (Posters available on-line)
6-8PM virtual poster session 10 minutes breakouts. You must choose the maximum of 12 posters you want to view in the registration form.
This will be an organized series of 30 breakout rooms with posters and graduate student presentations. This lasts until 8 pm.
