Pet Furniture
Currently I'm working with my girlfriend to design and put together some
pet furniture for her spoiled cat. PVC, plywood, carpet, glue, and
concrete forms are included in the construction.
The spoiled (but cute) cat:

Truck Maintenance

I've found that the '95 Ford F-150 had some components with lower than
expected performance...for example:
Rear drum brakes:
The drums catch a dust
build-up and in wet weather, cause the brakes to grab and lock up. So
the dust has to be cleaned out of the drums on occasion, not a real big job,
but don't breathe the dust.
4x4 front wheel manual hubs:
The automatic hubs couldn't make the
cut, after removing it was clear that the factory automatic hubs were chewed
up after only 60,000mi. Converted to WARN Premium Manual Hubs-no hang
ups yet.

Hydraulic clutch slave cylinder for manual transmission:
Smooth shifting when it works. None
when it doesn't as this device disengages the clutch. The is the 2nd
clutch slave cylinder under 80,000mi. I paid to have it done the first
time and due to the high repair bill, my brother and I did it the 2nd time.
After completing the job 10hrs. later we agreed that the price wasn't too
unfair. The seal on the 1st replacement cylinder had accelerated aging
(cheap part from the repair shop?) and couldn't hold the DOT 3 fluid when the
master cylinder piston was actuated with the clutch pedal.

But other than that, the truck has been reliable.
Then there's Routine and Preventative Maintenance Jobs:
Scheduled Oil & Filter Changes
Brakes
Serpentine Belt Replacement
Plugs & Wires
Distributor Cap Replacement
K&N Air Filter Cleaning
Coolant/Antifreeze Replacement
