Free Response Questions

1) Describe at least one thing you like about this course or professor

  • Course offerd opportunities to attend plant tours which showed relevancy of the material taught in class

  • Good organization and good class notes

  • Makes class and labs very enjoyable. Helpful towards students.

  • The course covered a very large range of topics.

  • The course is very relevant to polymer processing. The professor is really understanding and will help you when needed.

  • The skill to explain the materials in detail and the depth of knowledge of the professor.

  • Very likeable guy, had a good time in class

  • made my fundamentals stronger.

  • the course gives an insight to the processing techniques used for the processing of the polymers.

    2) Describe at least one improvement you feel would benefit this course or professor.

  • Arrange the materials in more orderly manner

  • Better organization of notes and labs.

  • Change the course description to include description of lab. Make the class 4 credit hours if the teacher is giong to continue to teach the class as a lecture and lab. There was also a little too much teaory taught to be a class on processing.

  • Make the students work a little harder!

  • Sometimes the professor needs to be more clear when helping people. He sort of goes off in a tangent sometimes. THERE SHOULD NOT BE A LAB ASSIGNED TO THIS CLASS UNLESS IT BECOMES 4 CREDIT HOURS. This is entirely too much work for too little credit.

  • Would be nice if class was 4 crerdits instead of 3, It does have a lab

  • change the format of the lab reports. they take up too much time.

  • please stay organised

    3) If your answer to any question between #1 and #17 was `D' or `E', please identify the question number and explain why.
